Arcadia
Arcadia is a joint development of the Drees Co. and Grand Communities, LTD (Fischer Homes) on approximately 373 acres between U.S. 27 and Tollgate Road. A mixture of single-family homes, patio homes, condominiums and town homes are planned in Arcadia and is scheduled to take about 10 years to complete. In total, the development is scheduled to have over 1,000 housing units. Arcadia has been carefully designed to complement the natural aspects of the area.
