The Palisades of Mount Adams

The Palisades of Mount Adams condominiums are ten luxurious residences on the western face of Mount Adams overlooking the Ohio River, downtown Cincinnati, and the rising hills of Northern Kentucky with units ranging from 2,700 to 3,700 square feet. The project, which is located within walking distance of beautiful parks, excellent restaurants, arts venues, and shopping, is a sophisticated blend of historic and contemporary architectural styles.

Cardinal is providing complete civil and surveying design services for the project, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, parking, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, and storm drainage. Cardinal worked closely with the developer, Vail Terra Properties, to ensure that the project met their stringent standards. The project was completed in 2008.
