Grant Park Subdivision

Located in Dayton, Kentucky, this new 33-acre, 72 lot single family development is located minutes from Newport and downtown Cincinnati. With wooded views, walking trails, and natural green space, Grant Park provides a peaceful, park-like setting that was designed and themed after the public park in Chicago.

Cardinal provided complete design services for the Grant Park development, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), storm water detention, roadways, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, and permitting. Cardinal worked closely with the developer, Schuermann Properties/Fischer Homes, to ensure that the project met their stringent standards.
