Canterbury Apartments

Located in Wilder, Kentucky, this 30-acre, 230 unit multi-family development is located minutes from major interstates yet is nestled in a natural setting. Design considerations included floodplain/stream issues, large retaining walls, complicated grading and drainage issues.

Cardinal provided complete design services for the Canterbury Development, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, and permitting. Cardinal worked closely with the developer, to ensure that the project met their stringent standards.
