Located in off of Fowler Creek Road in Independence, Kentucky, this 88-acre, 206 lot single family development is located minutes from major interstates and downtown Cincinnati yet is “tucked away” in a natural setting. The development has wooded, walk-out and cul-de-sac home sites offering natural views and privacy and a three acre park.

Cardinal provided complete design services for the Hickory Valley development, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, and permitting. Cardinal worked closely with the developer, Centerline Development LLC/Ryan Homes, and Charleston Homes, to ensure that the project met their stringent standards.
