Mubea

In 2010, Mubea, Inc, a German-based company and one of the largest automotive suppliers in the region was looking to expand their operations in Northern Kentucky and selected a site in the Northern Kentucky Industrial Park formerly occupied by an 84 Lumber facility. In 2012-2013, they constructed a new 75,000 sq. ft. facility, that will manufacture tailored rolled blanks, which are continuous roll of steels that can then be formed into many products, including B-pillars between the front and rear doors.

Our engineers and surveyors provided complete civil engineering and surveying design services for the project, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, parking, potable water distribution, sanitary sewerage, and storm drainage. We worked closely with the owner to ensure that the project met their stringent standards. The project was completed in the fall of 2013.
