The Erlanger Commerce Center is located on a site that formerly was home to the Showcase Cinema movie theater, a 135 acre site that had been vacant since 2008.

In 2006, Airgas Merchant Gases, LLC was looking to expand their service area and construct a new air separation plant in the Carroll County, Kentucky. They finally decided on a site that was immediately adjacent to the Dow Corning Corporation’s silicone production facility, which had a need for a direct feed of their products.

In 2007, Airgas Merchant Gases, LLC was looking to expand their service area and construct a new air separation plant in the New Carlisle, Indiana vicinity. They finally decided on a site that was immediately adjacent to the I/N Tek and I/N Kote steel processing plants jointly owned by ArcelorMittal and Nippon Steel.

In 2009, Eurostampa North America decided to construct a new, 75,000 square foot modern commercial printing facility on a 6.8 acre site at 1440 Seymour Avenue in the Roselawn, Ohio neighborhood.

In 2010, Mubea, Inc, a German-based company and one of the largest automotive suppliers in the region was looking to expand their operations in Northern Kentucky and selected a site in the Northern Kentucky Industrial Park formerly occupied by an 84 Lumber facility.
