St. Clare Commons

Located on 50-acres in Perrysburg, Ohio this project will ultimately consist of a 138,600 square foot senior care facility that includes assisted living (56 units), memory care (36 units), and skilled nursing (60 beds) in Phase 1. Future phases include: 101,859 square feet of Independent Living Apartments (80 units), an 6,800 square foot Community Building and Pool, Leased Residential Units (8 single family residences, 110 duplex residences, and 16 townhomes), and a 56,100 square foot HUD Housing Facility (40 units).

Cardinal is providing complete design services for the project, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, parking, public street design, water distribution, sanitary sewerage, storm drainage, and easement plats/legal descriptions. Cardinal is working closely with the developer, Franciscan Living Communities, to ensure that the project meets their stringent standards. Construction of Phase 1 was completed in 2013.
