Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Office Building

In 2009, TriHealth decided to build a new Medical Office Building (MOB) to more closely connect one of its medical groups, Group Health Associates with one of its hospitals, Good Samaritan. The new MOB will add 65,000 square feet of space and a three level parking garage to the existing Good Samaritan Hospital campus. It will be located on top of the surface level parking lot by the Dixmyth Avenue lobby.

Cardinal provided complete civil engineering and surveying design services for the project, including grading, storm water pollution prevention (erosion control), roadways, parking, potable and fire water distribution, sanitary sewerage, and storm drainage. Cardinal worked closely with the TriHealth and the design team to ensure that the project met their stringent standards.
