Contract between the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the Campbell County Fiscal Court No. C-99035549

In 1998, Cardinal Engineering Corporation served as chief consultant to the Campbell County Fiscal Court for widening Kentucky Route 8.  The project included turn lanes, a new parking lane, and infrastructure relocation.  Cardinal provided the following services: (1) Boundary and topographic survey of the limits of the project; (2) Roadway, pavement, striping, and storm water/erosion control design; (3) Sanitary force main relocation design for the Sanitation District No. 1; (4) Construction staking; and (5) Easement design.  Services provided by others included: (1) Signalization design – provided by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Traffic; and (2) Telephone pole and wire relocation design – provided by Cincinnati Bell Telephone.
