Cardinal Engineering served as Chief Consultant to the Campbell County Fiscal Court/Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 6 for the road widening project that included turn lanes, new parking lane, and infrastructure relocation and provided the following services:

• Boundary and topographic survey of the limits of the project;
• Roadway, pavement, striping, and, stormwater/erosion control design;
• Sanitary force main relocation design for the Sanitation District No. 1;
• Construction staking;
• Easement design
