BETHESDA HOSPITAL/TRIHEALTH

Over the past 13 years, Cardinal Engineering Corporation has provided Engineering, Architecture, and Surveying Services to the TriHealth on over 200 projects, including:

TriHealth Fitness & Pavilion - Cardinal provided complete Civil Engineering and Surveying services for a $14.6 million, 112,975 square foot wellness center located just North of Cincinnati, near Blue Ash.  Amenities included a complete fitness, wellness, recreation, and medical care facility.  Amenities included indoor sports, exercise equipment, medical facilities, corporate offices, and exterior parking to service the project.  The project was completed in January 1997.

Hospice of Cincinnati - Cardinal provided complete site Civil Engineering and Surveying services for a 3.5 million dollar, 60,000 s.f. hospice and medical care facility.  The project was completed in 1996.
