Over the past several years, Cardinal Engineering Corporation has and continues to serve Grand Communities/Fischer Development on a variety of residential developments in the Northern Kentucky region.

One such project is the Orleans development located in Boone County, Kentucky. Orleans is a planned unit development on approximately 350 acres of gently rolling hills in the City of Union. Detached single-family dwellings, passive and active open space including a city park are all coordinated together by innovative land planning to preserve the natural features in this planned community.
Another such project is the Granite Spring Community development located in Cold Spring, Campbell County, Kentucky. Granite Spring Community is a Planned Unit Development incorporating attached and detached single-family housing on 150 acres of undeveloped land. The project includes 547 dwellings with a variety of 2 market levels of single family detached housing, patio homes, and attached condominiums, as well as, passive and active open space areas along with a community center
